Music Schedule Released & New Addition for the 2014 Louisiana Seafood Festival

NEW ORLEANS, La. (October 6, 2014) – The Louisiana Hospitality Foundation has released the music schedule for the 2014 Louisiana Seafood Festival. The event will feature 19 musical acts throughout the weekend while attendees enjoy a selection of Louisiana Seafood products from the festival’s food vendors. The Louisiana Hospitality Foundation has extended resources for the 2014 festival to book more nationally-recognized acts including Gin Blossoms, Pat Green and Drivin N Cryin to help draw crowds to City Park.

“Our anticipated attendance for 2014 is 60,000 people for a growth of 25% over 2013,”
said Tony Abadie, Foundation Executive Board Member and Director of Catering and Events, New Orleans Hilton Riverside. “With our upgraded musical line-up, as well as increased marketing exposure, our continued attendance growth is very possible. With growth will come additional funds to support our charity’s mission in the community.”

The music schedule release included a new addition—Louisiana singer-songwriter Marc Broussard will close out the festival from 5:30pm-7:00pm on Sunday, October 12, 2014.
