Our vendors will bake, steam, simmer and grill all weekend long, creating remarkable flavors you’re sure to remember. The Louisiana Seafood Festival features remarkable restaurants and caterers from the greater New Orleans area and beyond. Tempt your palate with the cuisine that Louisiana loves best!

crabmeat & seasoning with a parmigiana sauce.
Louisiana Crabcake Eggplant Andrea. Louisiana crabmeat tossed with eggplant, fresh
herbs, topped with Louisiana crabmeat & Creole mustard sauce.
Louisiana Seafood Lasagna Andrea. Homemade fresh pasta sheets layered with
crawfish, crabmeat, shrimp & local fresh catch catfish, fresh herbs, bechamel with
cheese, topped with Nantua sauce.

Crab Cakes. Sautéed and served with our signature remoulade sauce.
Shrimp & Crabmeat Salad. Cold boiled shrimp and crabmeat, served with eggs relish
and mayo on a bed of lettuce.
Blue Crab Dip. Baked crab & spinach dip, served with blue corn tortilla chips.

Zat Dog. Crab boil shrimp sausage with a shrimp & corn macque choux & Zatarain’s

WOODY’S FISH TACOS

Blackened Fish Taco. Grilled blackened Louisiana drum placed atop a warm corn tortilla with homemade spicy dill remoulade & seasoned slaw.
Sauteed Shrimp Quesadilla. Louisiana shrimp grilled to perfection, stuffed with cheddar jack cheese, spicy dill remoulade in a flour tortilla then grilled shut to lock in flavor.
Alligator Sausage Burrito. Alligator sausage, seasoned slaw, black beans, Jazzmen rice,
and spicy dill remoulade on flour tortilla, then grilled.
