Celebrity Chefs will Demonstrate Culinary Talents at the 2014 Louisiana Seafood Festival

NEW ORLEANS, La. (October 3, 2014) – The Louisiana Hospitality Foundation has announced the celebrity chef cooking demonstration schedule for the upcoming Louisiana Seafood Festival. Next week’s event will include 15 demonstrations throughout the weekend featuring Louisiana Seafood products as main ingredient of each recipe.
The demonstrations will be held inside the WWL-TV Cooking Pavilion located in the heart of City Park’s Festival Grounds. This covered pavilion will feature a stage with an outdoor kitchen including ample seating and shade for festival attendees.
“This is THE highlight of the festival,” said Greg Reggio, Director with the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation and Chef/Owner of Taste Buds Inc. “We have secured some of Louisiana’s top chefs with the world’s best seafood. What can be better than getting up close and personal with a culinary legend of Louisiana?”
